I began teaching Pilates 20-plus years ago in West Yellowstone, Montana, and I’m currently teaching in Ennis and Virginia City, Montana. Figure skating and dancing in my youth are what sparked my passion for movement. Finding Pilates in my mid twenties helped me to heal some injuries, feel aligned and to move well again. The more I studied this method, I knew that I had to share it with others.

My main goal is to help people of all ages, shapes and conditions feel better and move with ease. I specialize in one-on-one and small group sessions fitted for what each body needs. I prefer customizing sessions for their goals so they can continue to enjoy an active lifestyle. “We do Pilates to get better at life”.

Some of my biggest joys has been teaching the West Yellowstone Smokejumpers, Gallatin National Forest Firefighters and various High School sports teams what the benefits are of this method. Building strength and length to increase performance and help prevent injury.

I joined the Peak Pilates MI team in 2006 and I am continually honored to help students become certified to teach the classical work of Joseph Pilates and stay motivated through continuing education courses. My belief is that in order to be a good teacher you need to be a perpetual student. My first certification with Colleen Glenn and Kimberlie Birdwell of Good Body's Pilates is what lead me to get on board with Peak Pilates. I have recently completed The Heritage Training, a post graduate program, with Cara Reeser. I have so much gratitude for the opportunity to learn from these dedicated teachers. When I am not in the studio you will find me helping at our family restaurant, paddle boarding or traveling to someplace sunny!
